How does a performance go?

Step 1
Start by selecting the number of stems for mastering your project. Then, choose your turnaround time and, if desired, add any additional options. Once complete, add the pack to your cart and proceed to the payment stage.
Step 2
After placing your order, go to your personal page where you will find a "File Transfer" tab that will take you to a Wetransfer page where you can upload your files and send them to us. Don't forget to include the order number in the transfer title for association with your account. Additionally, you have the option to attach a text file to include any instructions or references.
Step 3
Once we have received the files, we begin the mastering phase. We create three separate versions of each track so that you have multiple options when receiving your masters. Once these different versions are finalized, we send them directly to your email address.
Step 4
Once you have retrieved your files, you have two options: 1. If one of the versions is suitable for you, simply send us a confirmation email and the order will then be considered completed. 2. If you feel that there are still imperfections or that the work does not fully satisfy you, you have the option of requesting up to three rounds of revisions to make the necessary adjustments.

Audio mastering is the final stage of sound processing before its distribution or broadcast. Its purpose is to enhance the sound quality while ensuring a consistent sound throughout your music project, regardless of the listening medium used.

A stem refers to combining multiple individual tracks into a single audio file. It is similar to bringing together all the instruments of a drum kit, such as the snare drum, bass drum, and cymbals, in one sound recording. Similarly, if you have separate tracks for vocals, combining these tracks into stems means creating a single audio file that includes all the vocals together.

Think of stem mastering like managing a diverse buffet. Instead of mixing all the dishes together and seasoning them all at once, you have the option to customize each dish according to your preferences. For example, if you find that the pasta dish is too spicy, you can sweeten it without affecting the flavor of the other dishes. Stem mastering works the same way, allowing you to fine-tune each individual sound group to achieve a perfectly balanced final master.

After completing the payment phase, you will have the option to upload your files either directly on our website, in your account space, or by using a file transfer platform such as Dropbox or WeTransfer to send us your files.

The delivery times are influenced by your choice of delivery option at the time of the order, as well as our current workload. Our commitment is to meet the deadlines indicated for the delivery of your masters.

Yes, we offer 3 free revisions to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the final result.
